A tart that warms you from the inside out. Great for a cold or rainy day. The combination of warm apple, cinnamon and Zùsto creates a delicious taste explosion. The crisp base makes for a nice balance with the soft apple.

5 grams of cinnamon
15 grams of flour
50 grams Zùsto
2 to 3 apples
125 ml cream
1 sheet of ready-made crumble topping (round)
Preheat the oven to 180°C .

Line a round cake tin with crumble topping

Prick holes in the bottom with a fork.

Mix the flour, cinnamon and the Zùsto together

Now mix the cream into the dry ingredients to form a lump-free batter.

Peel the apples and remove the cores.
6.
Cut the apples into thin slices (3–5 mm).
7.
Arrange the apple slices clockwise around the cake tin.

Pour over the batter

Bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
